Winter Skin Care

Is your skin singing the winter blues? This time of the year our skin is screaming for moisture and all it takes to resolve this problem is adding a few extra minutes to your evening bedtime ritual. I recommend using a few drops of olive oil added to any everyday body moisturizer you may use. It is a great fix and uses products we all have in the home already. It’s perfect for feet (if this is a real problem area apply the mixture to feet and wear socks to bed to allow the oil to soak in), elbows, knees, hands, and even the face if applied only to small troubled spots. Olive oil is also a good quencher for dry and brittle nails. Just apply to the cuticle area and allow it to soak in. I have been sharing this treatment secret with clients for years and have seen much success. Try it, I’m sure you’ll love it!
