Mascara – You Get What You Pay For

I fall into the same trap time and time again. I see a commercial for a new mascara promising the world in a tube and I have to go for it. Being the product junkie that I am and always wanting to bring my clients and readers the best next thing I bring it home and try it for a few days. This always proves to be a big mistake for me. I use a cheaper brand mascara for two days or more and my eyes start to feel heavy and tired – not to mention the build up! The reason for discomfort and build up is that most less expensive brands have tar in them, can you imagine, we are putting pavement on our lashes. Take my advise and invest in a good, top brand, high end mascara with a good reputation – it is worth every extra penny.
